          Signing for delivery: Most items that we send will require a  signature on delivery. If you are not in to accept your delivery, the courier  will leave a card. Please make sure you call to re-arrange delivery within 5  days otherwise additional charges will apply.
         
          Damages: Please ensure you have checked your item for any  damage and sign the proof of delivery accordingly, if the packaging is damaged  in any way please sign as "packaging damaged".
