POSTAGE DETAILS

If you buy more than one item I offer a combined postage policy of 20p each per extra item.

If, for any reason, you are charged incorrectly (Ebay postage settings can be complicated) I will refund you.

We try to process all orders on the day they are received, if they are received before 3pm.

Goods ordered between Friday after 3pm and Monday will be dispatched on the Monday. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sundays and all Bank Holidays.

Orders and correspondence received on Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For goods ordered on First Class overnight delivery please note that our courier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays or Bank holidays. Therefore goods ordered after 3pm on Thursdays and all day Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
