Payment

 
          Payment must be received within 5 days from winning any Auction or Buy it Now item(s) unless previously arranged directly.

International Customers we accept Paypal from Confirmed and Verified users otherwise Bank Transfer with details being given upon request.

Other options available as well, please ask.
        

Shipping

 
        We aim to ship your item/s within a day of receiving cleared payment. If delivery of your order is Urgent, please contact us PRIOR to purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

All our orders are dispatched between Mondays to Thursday (except public holidays).

For customers looking to purchase more than one item, please purchase your items and wait for us to invoice you with our special multiple shipping discount.

International Customers we use New Zealand Airmail no tracking and EMS International Signed for which has tracking and covers items up to $1500 depending on the country you are in.

For customers in Australia items normally take 7-21 working days to receive depending on how fast their country Custom clears the item and delivers it and for customers in USA, Canada, Germany, France, Middle East and the Far East it normally take between 14-28 working days to receive depending on how fast their country takes to Custom clear the item and deliver it.
        

Terms

        We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above Any customer bidding or buying an item from us is obliged to pay for the item within 5 days of buying or winning the item.

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

We pride ourselves on good customer service but in the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Any customers that we notice abusing any of our Auction Items or our Feedback will have their bids cancelled and/or will be blocked from doing business with us in the future.
       

Returns

        If an item has been bought as a Buy it Now item and is unwanted by the customer the item can be returned within 5 days of receiving it at their own expense and the price of the item will be refunded minus any Ebay and Shipping Fees we have incurred.

If an item has been bought and is genuinely not as described we must be advised immediate upon receipt of the item and the item shipped back to us within 5 working days unless another arrangement has been agreed with us.

Once the item has been received if we found the item to be miss described we will either replace the item or refund the price of the item including any shipping fees with no problem.
