For personalized engrave-able items in your order, it takes 7-10 business days for engraving process after we received clear payment and confirm engraving details with costumer, if we do not hear from you or isn't able to contact you within 3 days after the order is placed, we will ship your item out without engraving. Standard Shipping takes 2-6 business day via USPS first class mail, and 1-3 business days for express shipping via USPS priority mail.
