These are simple, easy to install, black caps that fit on the stock windshield wiper mount as shown in the pictures.  The normal windshield wipers will usually become unstable at around 140mph and can even separate from the car.  These install in seconds and have been proven to stay on at speeds greater than 140mph.  Kit comes with two caps.
