these covers are not provided with 3M sticker that ( in our experience ) easily tears away.
our mirror covers are provided with the junction the same as the original.

1) carefully remove the mirror
2) remove the old mirror cover ( use the pins behind the mirror to remove the cover)
3) insert the new chromed mirror cover
4) insert the mirror again

could be possible that are present some stain on the mirror covers.
DON'T WORRY . this is only a remaining of the cromium plating processing.
