Speaker Pod enclosures allow adding additional speakers to your vehicle, (most commonly used on door panels, rear deck / storage tray, or under dash at the kick panels), and improving existing speaker locations with proper imaging. Each pod measures: 2" inches tall and 6 3/8" wide (at the top) 7.25" at the base(these measurements should accommodate all top mounted 5.25" speakers).
Speaker pod enclosures Features:Our Speaker Pod enclosures are constructed of 1/8th inch ABS with automotive textured finish. Accepts speakers up to 5.25". These pods are extremely easy to install so you can direct them anywhere! They have a dimple in the center to use for reference when mounting! They get the job done for an affordable price! These speaker pods can be used in automotive applications, RV's, Boats, and UTV's Smooth, contoured design attractively compliments your vehicles interior Can be covered with carpet, vinyl, or painted to match any interior! Speaker Pod enclosures are used by top custom audio shops all over the world Make great base forms for fiberglass projects - saves time and money! These Speaker Pod enclosures are recommended for 5 1/4" Speakers or smaller! (no speakers or speaker grills are included with enclosures) Uses your speaker mounting screws to attach to the enclosure and a dimpled area to mount the pods from the top (not included with pods, can be picked up at any hardware store) Pods come in a "blank" format - there are no speaker holes cut in the top of the pod (speaker hole size depends on your choice of speaker - most speakers come with a template to cut the proper size hole)
