policy:

We will test the lasers before shipment; buyer should
contact us as soon as he find it is defective;

Refund request should be made within 14 days buyer receives
the product;

Replacement request should be made within 30 days buyer
receives the product;

Since this is a Do-It-Yourself laser diode, we only refund
if the product arrive to be defective; so please use it gently and properly
when you assemble your device; you also need to send back in original
shape to get refund/replacement; we won't refund or replace if the laser was
damaged by buyers;
Some tips
for operating laser diode:

Please use a power supply with stable output. Transient
current spikes should be avoided.
·
Please always connect the pins correctly.
·
Heat sink with good thermal dissipation is required for
holding the laser otherwise the laser will be burned.
·
Please use eye protection when you operate the laser.
·
It is better
to wear an antistatic wrist band.
·
You should
always start with current well below the diodes maximum (about 3.2 amps in this
case).
