UK Mainland orders placed by 2pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery takes just 1-2 working days to the UK mainland. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Ireland
Delivery takes just 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Once you receive your order you have 30 working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to decide if you wish to return it.
The 30 days start from the day after you receive the goods.
If you decide you would like to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely within the 30 days.
If the goods are returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging we will issue you with a full refund minus any direct costs associated with the postage and packaging, not including any premium delivery service.
