All Returns must be received as shipped - original packaging, manuals, unused item. Please DO NOT place labels or any foreign matter on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please Note: All returns MUST BE In Original Packaging And In A Brand New Condition. We will make your experience as simple and satisfying as possible. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, contacts us through “eBay Messages”. We will respond to your issue within 24 hours. If the items get damaged or stolen during transit back to us, we will not be held responsible. We are not responsible for any shipment cost to returning  item to us. 

We accept payment via any of the major credit, debit card issuers through eBay.

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment and are typically dispatched daily Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, up to 2:30 p.m. Delivery times will vary according to the postage method selected at the checkout. You will be sent an email detailing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next work day. UK postage items are sent using Royal Mail 48 delivery, which usually takes around 1-3 work days. Europe Deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 work days via International Signed For. World Deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 work days via International Signed For.

We sell different products, many of them are imported to UK from Ukraine, Poland & some other European countries. Many products are made in the pharmaceutical factory in Ukraine and contain information and instructions on the Ukrainian / Russian or Polish. Other items are made for local markets and may not contain information and instructions on the English. In this case we're trying our best to translate and include all necessary info about goods in the body of the item's listing. However, if you feel like you haven't found an answer for your question in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Special note about expiration dates. Due to nature of our items many of them have an expiration date. Please remember, that expiration formats are different in different countries. For example, an item may contain a produced date and expiration date in format yyyy.mm.dd (which is different from UK format dd.mm.yyyy). Also many items imported from Ukraine have a produced date stated on tube/package/bottle and there is a special note about shelf life, like 24 months for example. In this case, the date you see on tube/package is not an expiration date but the produced date.
