Payment

• We accept PayPal payment ONLY.
• We don't collect your financial information. Only PayPal ID & shipping info is required.
• International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees.

Shipping 

• All orders will be processed within 24 HRS.
• We will use China Post to ship your item. If your order  exceeds $40, we will send it with tracking number for free.
• Economy Int'l Shipping - Shipped without a tracking number, Standard Int'l Shipping - Shipped with a tracking number.
• International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures(such as both countries customs,transit stations etc.),it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Return

• No-Question-Asked Refund
  If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service or product quality, please don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days after you receive the package, you can return the products to us in original package and we will full refund your money after we get the package! ( Note: you should be responsible for return shipping fees )
  
  
• No-Question-Asked Replacement
  Although we test each item and they are packed professionally, few items (less than 0.1%) might be damaged during the shipping. You are welcome to contact us within 30 days after you receive your package about replacement.
  
  
• Repair
  Some items might be broken caused by improper use, we are always happy to offer any helpful repair service. Of course, you can send the broken items back to us and we will help you resolve the situation and charge reasonable repair fees.
