LEGO

Lego described as NEW has been taken from new sets and will have only possibly have been used for a photograph, or otherwise transferred directly to an alternative plastic cover. It will not have been assembled, with the exception of a minifigure where again assembly may have been required for photography purposes.

Lego described as USED is in good played with condition or better. I try to ensure that only lego is sent and that it is in clean condition. Where lego is being sold by weight, 5% extra is sent just in case the odd brick has been missed. I hope that customers appreciate the difficulty in some instances to separate such intruders. Where I am selling a specific brick type, a double check is carried out to ensure the bricks sent are all lego and the number sent is therefore as advertised.

PAYMENT

I only accept payment via Paypal. Payment should be made within 72 hours of the end of the auction.

To make payment follow the 'End of Auction' instructions from Paypal and pay automatically with your Paypal account. 

SHIPPING

I will always seek to post your item within 48 hours of payment being received. Postage costs are usually based on the weight of the item as per the UK Royal Mail published costs.  For larger parcels, or for relatively light parcels with dimensions that exceed the Royal Mail dimension limits, given the significant increase in costs from the Royal Mail prices from 2nd April 2013, I will use a courier service where appropriate to keep costs as low as possible for the customers benefit. They also include packaging materials used and a small amount towards the costs of going to the post office.  I ship to the UK and where indicated internationally to the EU.  All items in the UK are sent via Royal Mail second class post (standard parcel post may be used for heavier weights).  I send all international items via 'Air Mail'.  

Where the value of the goods exceeds £25.00, they will be sent on a signed for basis. I always obtain proof of postage for all items sent irrespective of the carrier used.

Packaging will be recycled wherever possible to maintain a green ethic, with packaging designed to ensure the goods arrive in the same condition as they are despatched.

As you are aware the post office charges vary significantly on the size of the parcel. If the safe arrival of goods would be compromised by trying to meet the lower postage price this will not be attempted and the larger parcel will be sent. It is for this reason that some postage charges may appear a little high, but this is better than being disappointed with a broken or damaged article.

Refunds for any items not received will be provided after receipt of the necessary information to obtain compensation from Royal Mail.

RETURNS

I pride myself on customer service and honesty and integrity in the transactions I enter into and as such your feedback is very important.  In the event of you being dissatisfied with any aspect of your purchase please contact me so that I can attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  

I will only refund postage costs if I have wrongly described the item, and item costs where the item is returned in the same condition as when despatched.

FEEDBACK

I always leave feedback after the buyer has left theirs. The feedback process provides a confirmation that the goods have been received and doing things in this order provides a proper conclusion to the overall transaction.
