This warranty is for UK customers only.
This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months.
This does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations or has been the subject of commercial use.
In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us.
This warranty is only for CPU/TFT Hardware, software installed by a buyer are not covered.
Keyboard Mouse and all cables are not covered in 3 months warranty
If you've had the product for up to 3 months, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement.
Due to high volume of processing sometimes we may miss to install few drivers, buyer may need to install few drivers via internet if any missing.
All our machines are ready to plug n play to use internet.
All our items are security marked; warranty will be VOID in the event of security marks removed.
All warranties are subject to Return to base Warranty, postage to be paid by buyer.

Return Policy
Should you have any problem, Please contact us directly through eBay with 14 days once you have received the item. This item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means “You the Customer” are responsible for sending the item back to us where product should be insured and should have courier tracking number. Items received damaged or with missing part “Buyer is Responsible” for all the damage cost. If we take an item that is un-wanted, ordered my mistake, the customer will pay all postage costs.
