Return Policy
We recommend that you, the customer, are sure that you want to place an order.
All our items are bespoke, handmade especially tailored for you, we do not stock items.
When you place an order, we then purchase the wood and fittings, then make your order, which includes - cutting, planing / sanding / routing and finishing the wood.
Thereafter, building the rack, packaging and finally booking for dispatch, all of this incurs costs and labour.
When your package arrives, please make sure there is no damage to the box.
If there's cause for concern, please do not accept it from the courier.
However, if you do happen to need a replacement hook, just let us know and we'll supply you.
If you change your mind, we will give you a refund within 14 days, as long as the item is unopened and in it's original box.
