    Items are individually checked and packed before posting and items are sent via Royal Mail second class post.  Most items are normally shipped the same day after payment has been received and we would estimate postage to normally take 2-5 days within the UK.

    Goods not received within 7 days should be informed as we assume no liability for the late delivery of goods or for goods missing or damaged whilst in transit. If such an event should happen, though it very rarely does then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly and amicably as possible.

    Quality and Promise:

    We try very hard to ensure that all our products are free from defects and fit for use and that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem then we will resolve the issue as swiftly and amicably as possible.

    We are happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We do not however refund the cost of postage (or return postage where applicable) unless the product is damaged or faulty.

    In both cases the item must be unused and in its original state. Postage and handling is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return postage of the item.

    We aim to reply to any queries the same day from Monday to Friday. Any questions or queries on the weekend will be answered next Monday.
