Do not clean the ears prior to use, apply a pinch of powder twice a day using the end of a spoon or small brush, lightly dust around the inner ear avoiding the ear hole and gently massage it in with your fingers from the outside.
Many
customers have reported changes can often come with the first use, but
the powder should continue to be used for 5 days, after which the ears
should be thoroughly cleaned.
