Traditionally ponchos are large piece of single garment with a opening in the middle meant to place your head through. They have been modified to fit in the changing trend.

This multi colored poncho has a hoodie with drawstring. There are two deep front pockets.  It has three button design at the front neck. It is designed to look fashionable as well as to provide warmth remaining breathable and comfortable. The hem has fringes making it even more beautiful. It has openings as sleeves and a drawstring that can be pulled and tie a knot at front or can be left as it is.

It comes in one size.
Chest measurement: 52 inches approx (armpit to armpit- 26 inches approx)
Length from neck to bottom hem: 32 inches approx.

There may be slight variation in color, size and patterns as these products are made handmade individually. It can no way be considered as defect, rather it reflects unique origin.

Shipment Policy
All our orders are shipped within 1 working day. If you have opted for free delivery, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days unless any kind of delay occurs from royal mail. If your order gets delayed or lost royal mail will only allow claims after 15 days for standard delivery. All our orders are sent through royal mail 2nd class so they don't have tracking number. For next day delivery, we provide full tracking details. We are happy to provide you with receipt of postage upon request for all shipments. Please don't use next day delivery if you are buying on Friday.

Return Policy
We try our best to make the best products possible but sometimes mistakes does happen. After all we are only human. If there are any defect on the product please let us know as soon as possible and provide us with pictures where the defect is. We have a 30 days return policy if you are not satisfied with the item. Let us know before you send back anything. We will refund/replace the item, as per your requirement, once we receive the original product with the original tag.
