Most of the items are shipped double boxes. For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery. In the Unlikely event if the item may arrive at your home or office damaged during shipping: - Please Contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise - Email us pictures of the damaged Item within 72 hours. There is no exception to this policy as required by the shipping carrier. - The item will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued when replacement is unavailable.
