We can also seal your new medallion with a penetrating color enhancing sealer which locks out stains, brings out the natural colors of the stone and makes the grouting process easier. Nominal charge applies.

Q: Can I install my medallion outside?
A: Yes, our medallions are rated for indoor/outdoor use and can tolerate severe weather.

Q: Do you do custom designs?
A: Yes, we can modify or create from scratch any desired pattern in the size and stone/tile type of your choice.

Q: Do your medallions come pre-grouted?
A: No, but this is a good thing! It will allow you to use the same grout as in your surrounding floor for a nice unified look!

Q: What is the thickness of your medallions?
A: 3/8" which is pretty standard for floor tiles.

Q: What if the medallion arrives damaged?
A: Rest assured - This very rarely happens but you are covered under our breakage-free arrival guarantee. We will promptly replace any parts of the medallion should it arrive broken at zero cost to you. We even pay for shipping.
