Noted historical and marine painter, Len Tantillo, executed this rather fanciful view of downtown Albany as it would look if part of Broadway were transformed into a canal with pleasure boat docks. With his usual barely visible brush strokes he has created an animated view of a thriving marina in front of the D&H building.

It is signed lower right: "L. F. Tantillo 1996" and painted on a canvas affixed to a 20" x 26" piece of masonite (mounted by artist).

Framed to: 27" x 33".

Condition: Fine.
