Size info:

1.    Small = 13 inch neck

2.    Medium = 14 inch neck

3.    Large = 16 inch neck

4.    Xtr L = 17 inch neck

5.    XxL = 18 to 20 inch neck 

Length: is measured down the back, from base of neck to bottom edge. 

No returns on handmade items

Shipping:

In general, I use USPS priority mail. Express mail option is also available. Notice is hereby given that the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties that may be imposed on this purchase.
