Powder dye for cakes and pastries

0.4 Grams of concentrated powder dye of 

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple colour in each pot

&

0.3 Grams of concentrated powder dye of 

Silver and Gold colour in each pot

Contains:

Red - E122 Carmoisine Azorubine

Orange - E102 + FCF

Yellow - E102   Tartrazine

Green - E133 Brilliant FCF, E102 

 Blue - E133  Brilliant blue FCF

Purple - E122+ E133 Brilliant

Silver - E174, Titanium dioxide(E171), anticaking agent - Silicon dioxide(E551)  

Gold - E175, Titanium dioxide(E171), anticaking agent - Silicon dioxide(E551) 

Instructions:

Take a small amount of the dye on the tip of a knife and then mix it with a half teaspoon of water.

 Start by adding a small amount of the already mixed dye to the filling, 

frosting or whatever decoration you are using it for.
