DELIVERY OPTIONS

First class post is included ebay will display an estimated delivery date but please be aware this is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available at an extra cost and is shown under the Payment & Postage tab

Orders paid for before 1pm Monday - Friday will be posted the same working day orders received after 1pm will be posted next working day

DELIVERY ADDRESS

I only post to addresses provided by ebay please make sure you enter your correct address when making payment.

Postage options and delivery addresses cannot be changed once payment has been made

 


2nd class postage costs are included a 1st class option is available and must be selected at time of placing an order ( I cannot send invoices for postage costs)
Orders are printed with the address supplied by the customer at time of checkout in accordance with ebays protection policy and it is very time consuming to change addresses.
Although orders are posted asap Royal Mail do not guarantee a delivery date for 1st/2nd class post only Special delivery is guaranteed so please choose this option if you require your order for a certain date.The date ebay provide is only an estimate and while most orders will arrive within the estimated time some do not especially at busy times of the year ie: Christmas and i cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving within ebays estimate. 
If however your order does not arrive within a week please contact me and i will advise what to do.
  




In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect refunds or replacements will only be issued when the item is returned. A refund for return postage costs will also be issued if found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect item. 
Due to postal staffing issues, Self Isolation and Social Distancing Regulations currently in place, some postal deliveries may be delayed.
