SHIPPING:

Domestic Shipping:  all items are shipping out within 1-3 business days from the payment date. Purchase with direct deposit payments to our bank account are shipped out on the same day. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery after shipping. Insurance can be arranged at your request and expense. Whilst we do our best to list the most likely shipping and handling cost, there may be a need to readjust the final shipping cost on the invoice.

International Shipping: (outside Australia): please request a quote prior to purchasing for your country location.

Shipping Guarantee: Please note, Studio 5 do NOT accept any personal responsibility for lost, or damaged items in transit with Australia Post. Studio 5 cannot manage the actual delivery times or Australia Post service. Registered Post is $3.40 extra, please message and wait to be re-invoiced. If you choose to not take out insurance YOU take all responsibility if the item is damaged or lost during transit. International buyers wait to be invoiced. Many thanks for your business!
