   International customers need to be patient. Although I ship immediately, your own customs office can hold up delivery by a month or more when they get backed up, particularly in the holiday season. I can do nothing about this. I am a one woman small business.  It is not fair to me to demand a refund because it has not arrived fast enough and then keep the item without paying for it when it finally arrives.
