International Shipments

We can ship to most international destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped internationally.

We know that international shipments can be tricky, and we do everything we can on our end to help keep the process as seamless as possible. While most shipments are delivered in 10-14 days, there are occasions where they may take up to 45 days to reach you. The longer shipment times are usually due to customs delays, weather problems, and other issues that our out of our control.

Any additional taxes and or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon receipt of your parcel (we cannot mark packages under value or as gifts).

Shipments to the United States

We utilize a variety of services from DHL, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac and the USPS. Our shipping team carefully selects the carrier that is best equipped for delivering your package on time at the time of shipment. If the carrier is an important part of your decision to shop with us, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request!

Please allow the following time periods for each shipping class:

• Standard shipments to the United States take 4-5 business days to arrive
• Expedited shipments to the United States take 2-4 business days to arrive
• Two Day Guaranteed* shipments to the United States ordered before 6:00 AM (PST) will be delivered within two business days
• One Day Guaranteed* shipments to the United States ordered before 6:00 AM (PST) will be delivered the next business day

* One Day and Two Day Guaranteed services are not available for PO Boxes.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days once we receive the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
