We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed and brand new condition
In case of returns, please be advised that the shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount. If shipping was free for the purchased item, a fee will be subtracted from the total price paid by the customer to cover for the shipping charges paid by idnttee.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in a message via eBay to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified via a message, the item may be required to be returned to idnttee for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it's due to a damage / defect. Under no circumstance does idnttee reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with idnttee support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to idnttee.
For exchanges, the buyer will be charged a fee to reship a new item. Please contact our support team before sending your purchase back to us for an exchange.
