We may not always be the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for with personalised canvas prints, We use the best materials, Inks and a Super Fast Delivery Service!

Once you have placed your order please email your Photo for your canvas print to: also include your ebay username.
For best results please make sure the file size is over 500kb for jpg/jpeg/pdf and over 1mb for PNG/BMP files

      DO NOT SEND PHOTOS VIA EBAY MESSAGES, ebay messages reduce the file size and these are then not suitable for your Canvas Print.

When emailing from your smart phones please make sure you send the original photo and make sure it is sent FULL SIZE. ORDERING and IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please order carefully and send all Photos to also include your Ebay username.

Please specify whether you would like the image as a Gallery Wrap or Face Only!

 If you are framing the image around wooden bars, please advise us if any extra bleed will be required, this is the area that goes around the side and back of frame, for example if a 1.5" bleed is needed all the way round.

These can be portrait or landscape, as standard we print these the same layout as the file you send but if you would like these a certain way please request this when sending your photo. If your photo is not suitable for your canvas print it will be delayed!

Please check your emails regularly including JUNK mail in case we have tried to contact you. Please send your photo/s after the order has been placed if no photo is received we will email you requesting this if we do not get a response within 7 days a refund will be issued and order canceled.

Only High Res images accepted if in doubt please e-mail your photo before ordering and one of our team will check it for you and get back to you within 24hrs.

We do not at any time guarantee a perfect colour match due to your screen calibrations being different, Our printers are calibrated regularly by certified Epson Technicians and produce a true colour match to the images we receive. Please be aware screen brightness, contrast and saturation setting can all enhance or change the colours you see on your screen.

 PAYMENT & POSTAGE Payments via PayPal ONLY Delivery times are estimates as stated above, during busy periods sometimes there can be a small delay in dispatching your Canvas Prints.
Delivery of Personalised Canvas Prints to Highlands and BT Postcodes are included in our Free delivery option but can take a few extra days to arrive.
For delivery to the Channel Islands there is a £10.00 surcharge, We will request this via PayPal once you have ordered. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge you can cancel you order with us at any time.
During weekdays Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch all orders within 24hours, Larger orders can take an extra few days to process and are normally dispatched within 72hrs.
