US & Canada: We accept US & international credit cards through PayPal ONLY. 

Canadian residents will pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST 5%) on all orders.

Quebec residents will pay the Quebec Sales Tax (QST 9.975%) added to the GST.

INTERNATIONAL: payment for international sales (outside the United States and Canada) are to be paid through PayPal if you wish to use a credit card.

All our shipments can be insured against loss and damage during transit. 

Orders paid with PayPal will be shipped to confirmed addresses only.  If your address is not confirmed, please go through the PayPal process to have your address confirmed; otherwise, another form of payment must be used.  Orders paid with credit cards will only be shipped to the address on record with your credit card company. 

Upon reception of payment, Gemlavi will ship your item within 48 hours. Proof of shipping is available on request.

US & Canada

Your order will be sent out as soon as we receive payment.

 
Note that US & Canadian orders normally take between 5 to 7 business days to be processed. 

Shipping to most countries

• For 7-14 days delivery with regular post (no signature), shipping for this item will be between $19.95 and 29.95$.
• For 7-14 days delivery with regular post (WITH signature), shipping for this item will be between 29.95$ and 44.95$.
• For 2-3 days delivery with Fedex Priority, shipping for this item will be between 54.95$ and 79.95$.

International

All International bidders must contact Gemlavi prior to bidding and agree to following terms:

• Shipping fees will be based on FedEx rates to destination country.
• All import duties, taxes and charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if any additional costs are applicable.
• The merchandise value for customs declaration will be the actual sale price.

We will accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 5 days from delivery date. The tags, manual, protective stickers and original box must be included.    

The return will be refused if there are any signs of wear - scratches, marks or signs of links being removed. 

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES.  

Items over $500 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. ​​​​​​​

Please note that we are able to offer discounted prices as we are not an authorized dealer and are not restricted by manufacturer's guidelines. However this also means that we are unable to provide the manufacturer warranty. 

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers the same conditions as the manufacturer warranty. 

Our warranty does not cover any defect caused from everyday wear, nor external damage to the strap, bracelet, buckle, screws, case, crystals or battery. Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty. Any service or repair caused by a third party will null the warranty. 

Return shipping will be the customers responsibility. We recommend that you ship with a tracking number and full insurance. We are not responsible for anything that happens to the item during transit. ​​​​​​​

We do not sell or ship to Indonesia! There is too much credit card fraud occurring there and the majority of Indonesian clients wish to make a purchase paying directly with "their" credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot take cards directly (except in some very specific cases). 

SORRY! We do not use any kind of ESCROW service. Too many Fraudsters using "Dodgy" made up Escrow companies or accessing escrow account details of honest persons. We do not accept credit cards directly. If you wish to pay with a credit card you must set up an account with PayPal and abide by the rules laid out in our payment options. In very specific cases we may accept credit cards directly, but you MUST check with us prior to bidding / purchase. ​​​​​​​
