This block pattern is the first in Melanie Formway Chang's "Bloom Where You're Planted" series. These little fellows are ready for some rain!  Use the finished block as a wall hanging, pillow, or as part of a larger project by combining it with other blocks from the series.  Two possible settings are provided in the pattern.  Scrap friendly appliqué.
