Salvia leaves

Salvia leaves have astringent, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.

Used in gingivitis, stomatitis, bronchitis, sore throat, catarrh of the upper respiratory tract. Salvia leaves to help cope with profuse sweating, female infertility.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water, simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, infuse 5 minutes, drain.

To rinsing at colds 10 g per cup of boiling water, leave for 20 minutes, drain.

Broth can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Use: Take 1 cup a day. Salvia reduces sweating.

Not recommended for breastfeeding mothers.
