GP 5 BLACK FULL SET

Authentic Russian vintage surplus rubber GP5 Gas Mask with sealed filter, carrying bag and anti fog lenses made for civilian. Made in Soviet Union (USSR) 1980's in cold war era. It is made of thick black or grey rubber and has sealed glass eye pieces.

These gas masks were for nuclear, biological or chemical warfare protection during the Cold War. This kind of gas mask was widely distributed to the population of the Soviet Union during the cold war years and every secondary school child had to learn how to use one at the NVP or Basic Military Training lessons.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Never used. Comes with a filter container (unused) and khaki green textile bag.
