• DRIVING SOLES- Great for traction while driving. Best for flexible soft comfort.
• FLEXIBLE RUBBER- Great cushioning and lightweight. Recommended for walking.
• HARDSOLE- Thin rubber sole that will help boots and shoes last longer than a soft sole.
• SOFT SOLE- The sole is made from the same material as the top. Usually it is a wrap-around from the top of the shoe. Most flexible, but least durable. The way moccasins were originally made.
• BOAT SOLE- The most durable sole we have. It will also grip a wet surface better than most.
• CREPE SOLE- Thin layer of lightweight rubber that will give the foot a little protection from the pavement.
• SHOEFLY SOLE- A flexible rubber sole that will give a light amount of grip to the ground.
  

• COWHIDE-  The most commonly used leather.  Our cowhide is all full grain leather and has been treated with various tanning processes.
• DEERSKIN- Our softest leather! It molds to the foot and has the most give. Will stretch to fit a wider foot.
• MOOSEHIDE- Very soft, yet more durable than deer. Minnetonka's #1 seller!
• LARIET- A polished leather that holds up well. Used in making some types of saddles.

• SHEARLING-  Sheepskin is a unique natural product.  The hairs are hollow so that the fur portion of the hide performs two vital functions.  First, it "wicks away" all of the excess moisture away form the skin.  Secondly, it allows the skin to "breathe.  This is why shearling is an ideal product for both summer and winter.  It keeps the skin warm in the winter and cool in the summer.  Sheepskin is also referred to as shearling.  The term shearling comes form when the sheep is shorn for its wool.
• RUFF- This is a full leather that has a sueded feel to it, but has more body to it. It holds up well and has a deep color to it. It looks better the older it gets.
