Payment

» I accept ONLY PayPal for payment. 

» Payment is expected on the date of purchase. 

» Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with the Customs in your country to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.  

REQUEST TO CANCEL AN ORDER after placed

» Both the buyer and the seller may have a valid reason for not buying or selling the item.  The buyer has 1 hour after making a purchase while the seller has 30 days after the sale or until ships the item(s) to ask to cancel a transaction.  After the transaction is cancelled, the buyer will get full refund. 

Shipping

» Every item is packaged with bubble wrap, secured and carefully inspected before delivery. 

» All items will be shipped within  1 to 3 business days after receiving cleared payment.  

» The item(s) will be mailed directly from Thailand via THAILAND POST.  There is no Tracking Number for Economy Int'l Shipping mode, but yes Tracking Number for Standard Int'l Shipping mode.  Anyway, Tracking Number will be included automatically for the purchased quantity 2 units up.  

» As stated by THAILAND POST, the delivery time for both Economy Int'l Shipping and Standard Int'l Shipping is 30 - 45 business days.  But, from the past shipments, sometimes faster sometimes slower, due to many factors e.g. destination country, being stopped up for customs checking, unpredictable circumstances e.g. postal strike, natural disaster, etc.  Also, I can't deliver the item(s) on weekends and public holidays.

» I only deliver the item(s) to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal.  Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like me to mail to.  I cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Guarantee

» If you report that you did not receive the item(s), you will get full refund.

» If the item(s) you received wasn't in the expected condition, or didn't match the listing description, and you return the item(s), you will get full refund.  The seller pays for the return shipping with tracking number.  The returned item(s) must be unused/unopened. 

» If the item(s) was returned for any other reason, the refund amount is the total price minus the delivery costs the seller paid minus 50% of  the item price. The buyer pays for the return shipping with tracking number.  The returned item(s) must be unused/unopened.   

» The buyer has 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to report did not receive the item(s) and from your actual or latest estimated delivery date to open a return request.  If no estimated delivery date is available, eBay considers the latest estimated delivery date to be 30 days from the payment date for buyers and sellers in different countries.
