these are high quality and have the  insert.  

If you have  gotoh machine heads or OEM branded gotoh  they will fit otherwise do not buy them. I cannot tell you if they will fit your machine heads unless they are  gotoh

buttons  are new but as with items made from natural materials may have some minor imperfections
