This is a plastic toy "California Dream Trike" custom tricycle. it is called "Beer Barrel". The steering wheel & engine are chromed plastic. It was released inside Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs in Germany in 1997. It is complete with no marks, wear or damage of any kind. Assembled, it measures about 2.5" long, (6.5cm).
