Cindy's Little Kingdom sells children's character toys and clothes. We are a family run business and aim to provide a 100% professional and friendly customer service. We list new stock daily. Please visit our shop for the latest Fireman Sam, Peppa Pig, Frozen, Disney & more. Working hours are Monday to friday 8am till 4pm. There will be delays in a response if messages are received out of working hours or over the weekend.

Free delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked and should arrive within 3-5 days. Before contacting us or opening a case please check your local Royal Mail sorting office even if a delivery card has not been left. After 14 days from postage Royal Mail will class the item as missing and I can open an investigation and refund you.

There is an option at checkout to pay 1st class or next day delivery.

Standard airmail does not provide a tracking number. If a tracking number is required, please pay for international signed for at checkout. Items can take 5-15 working days standard airmail.Before contacting us or opening a case, please check your local sorting office even if a delivery card has not been left. After 30 days from postage I can open an investigation with Royal Mail and refund you.

I will gladly accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged and returned in the original packaging. Please inform me of any potential returns prior to sending the item back.
