Any faults must be advised to us within 7 days or receipt of the item; any items damaged in transit MUST be advised within 24hr. . If, when we receive the item back and no fault is found, we cannot offer a refund on any return costs and you will be liable for the carriage cost for its return to you, if a pre-paid return label is used, you will also be charged for the cost of this.
