Identification exaple
Identify Operating Frequency
There are two types of remote controls based on operating frequency controlling circuit, one is the fixed frequency model, the other one is the adjustable frequency model.
Fixed frequency model which usually used SAW resonators and has its operating frequency printed on the SAW component.
Adjustable frequency model uses LC circuit, center frequency change is done using adjustable capacitor or adjustable inductor, and the operating frequency can be detected by spectrum or oscilloscope.
Fixed Frequency - Must be exactly same 433Mhz. or 433.92Mhz. If not don't buy it.
If frequency is adjustable please use frequency counter to determine frequency.
Identify Encoding Type
On the market exist three common encoding types :
fixed code, learning code and rolling code. Compatible only fixed and learning code. Rolling code not compatible. Some rolling code IC Chip exaples HCS101 / HCS200 / HCS201 / HCS300 / HCS301 / SMC918 Series.
On the market exist remote controls with dip switches. Dip switches mean remote is fixed code and you still need check IC chip code from the compatibility list. Number of the switches can be different 8, 10 and etc.
IC Chip code - Must be one of the compatible list. Please check encoder IC compatibility list. If your chip code not on the compatible list, please don't buy it.

How to Program
Step-1 Clear the history code from duplicator
1. Press button A and B continuously until LED flash 3 times
2. Release button B (Keep pressing button A),and press button B Slowly for 3 times, LED flash
3. Release button A,finish code clearance.
If code clearance done properly, short press any button. Light won't flash at all.
If light flash when short press any button clearance process done wrong. Please repeat clearance process again.
Step-2 Copy code from original transmitter
Place the cloner remote and the original remote close together side by side. Make sure they are touching.
1. Simultaneously press a button on your original remote and one of the buttons on the clone remote and hold until the LED on the clone remote flashes steadily. The Blue LED will first flash 3 times quick, then stops for a second, then flashes steadily.
2. Release both buttons. Programming is successful. Copy other buttons in same way.
Even if everything done correct sometimes copying process failed. Repeat all programing process again and use different remotes position face to face, side to side, back to back, like T Position.

Make sure your original remote battery is full. If battery is weak replace new one. (Very important).
Make sure your original remote control frequency is correct 433.92MHz.
Make sure your original remote control IC Chip Code is compatible.
