A. My 'Returns' policy:   Although I accept returns within 14 calendar days of the courier confirming delivery, the following applies: 

1.     I ask buyers to ensure that they’ve fully read the item description and studied the photos and are sure that the item fully meets their needs BEFORE they buy.  See also my paragraphs below on Cleanliness and Photographs. 

2.     That buyers fully understand the eBay definition of “Used” -  "An item that has been used previously.  The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended."   

B. Cleanliness:  Unlike the situation you'll frequently encounter when buying used items on eBay, I ensure that each is as clean as possible and in line with the listing description.  To achieve this, I use cleaning aids appropriate to the item's outer and inner materials.  As far as is possible, the fabric will be clean and intact although, for used items, there may be some age creases, especially with leather.  There'll be no broken buckles, malfunctioning zips, frays, tears to lining, scuffs to leather, dirty areas, stitching coming undone or major indentations, unless specifically stated in the description. 

C. Photographs:  My photographs ALWAYS accurately represent the condition and colour of the item.  Please ensure that you study these carefully and are happy before buying.  I put packing inside handbags to show them at their best, just like retail outlets do, and will usually leave this inside when shipping to preserve shape.  

D. Pricing:  I do reserve the right to alter prices up or down, except for auction items that have bids on them.

I’m not a big business but I'm always honest with customers so I ask for your co-operation to be sure that, when buying:

-        you’ve carefully read the description, checked the measurements and studied the photographs,

-        the item will fully meet your needs,

        -        that you DEFINITELY want it as a genuine purchase!!!
