About card

Style:

Folded, high quality, glossy finish greeting card with envelope.

Size:

Card is large A5 size when folded (A4 when unfolded) 8.5" x 6" or 21cm x 15cm

It is large but not a jumbo – not extra-large please check measurements above

Envelope:

Free white envelope is provided with each card.

Design:

Design, colours, writing style and layout as in a photos

Text:

Text is not a part of image.
It can and will be changed to a text you send after placing order.

There isn’t any restrictions what to print and no character limit
just more characters = smaller font size
Also only a text (no emojis)

How to order step by step :

1. Choose design you like.

2. When placing an order make sure all drop down selections are selected otherwise eBay will not allow to place an order. 

3. Type your text for card in “Personalisation” box before pressing by now. Or send text after placing order via ebays messages – “contact seller”

When ordering more than one card in one order then send text for cards via “contact seller” as message left in personalisation boxes will not save properly.

4. Check your ebays messages on fallowing day to see if there is any message from me in case I need more info to make your order.
Message from buyer is essential for this order.
If you don’t tell me what text to print on card – I cannot send it.

 

I will pack card safely and post on next working day

I will place card and white envelope into a cello bag
then will post them in a hard backed “do not bend” envelope.
So card would arrive safe and fast.
 

Card will be posted on next working day after order is placed and text for card is sent.

I don’t work weekends

 
Please be aware that Royal mail might be very slow these days.
For delivery allow minimum 3-4 working days (weekend and bank holidays are not working days - add them as extras)

How to personalise

What can be personalised:
Front

*All text on front will be changed to your text.
I would recommend adding name 
You can add relation too
(please mention is it to my or to our with relation as I might need it)
Any other words can be printed
Or you can change all text  

No character limit – I will shrink text to fit.

*On most cards colour of text can be changed on request.

Inside

*You can send text for inside too I will print it
(otherwise it is left blank for handwriting)
*I can print long poems inside but send it via contact buyer on ebay as messages left at check-out doesn’t preserve layout.
Also never send images of poems but type it as a text.
I will not print words from images.

What cannot be personalised:

I cannot add emoji to text.

There is 2 ways to send message:

1. When ordering type text in “Personalisation” box

 2. Via ebays messages – press “contact seller”

How many words can I print on card?

There is no limit – I will shrink text to fit.

What text is printed inside?

If you send me text to print inside I will print it. Otherwise it is left blank for handwriting.

Is there any restrictions to text?

There is no restrictions as long as all letters are English alphabet. If your text contents non English letters I can print it but style of the writing might change. Also I cannot print emoji.

How do I know if you received my text?

If card is marked as posted that’s mean I received message. If item is not marked as posted – check ebays messages to see if I need any info.

How long will it take for card to arrive?

I post card on next working day after order and text is received. If all goes well – post wasn’t delayed and buyer sent a message card should arrive in 2-3 working days when posted by 1st class. However if message with text was sent late there will be delays. Also delays can be at Christmas time or any lockdown will affect delivery time. Please do order in advance to avoid last minute stress.

Can you print in a foreign language?

It is always tricky to print text in foreign language as I do not understand what I am printing. But as long as buyer explains layout of text I can print. Also if letters are not English alphabet writing style will be different.

 

Spelling: I do not offer any grammar service - please double check message before sending.

Text on item will be spelled as in your message.
However if you are misspelling on purpose please point it out in your message (in case if I cannot copy paste your text and have to type it)
Granddaughter will be spelled with one or two d’s as you will type in your message.

Mention relationship in your message only when you want it to be printed on card. With relationship use correct possessive "to my" or "to our" as I will use one from your message. When is not specified I will use "to a special" instead of "our" or "my" when necessary.

If you send me message without telling where details should be printed then it is for me to choose. Short messages (Name + age) will always be printed on front however I might split long message and print half on front and half inside.
So please specify where message should go if it is important to you.

Terms and Conditions.

  • If I made a mistake in your order (I am only a human and it does happen) please contact me ASAP for FREE replacement or refund.
  • But I do not offer free replacement or refund if mistake was made by you in a message you sent or delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • I accept returns for all my items. Please contact me within 14 days if you want to return item for full refund.
  • Unwanted items has to be returned at buyers costs.
  • Buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery address and for providing understandable instructions for text on card.
  • I am responsible for making item as close as possible to buyers request, to pack item safely and to post on promised time.
  • If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately I will replay within 24 hours (on working days)
  • After item is marked as posted I can no longer change anything on it (as it is in a post).

 

Below is price breakdown for anyone who is interested.
Price for each card is based on these factors:
*Expenses to make card and pack card ~ £1.10
*EBay's fees for selling item on ebay site ~ £1.00
*Postage (price is increased by RM twice every  year this moment it is £1.25)
Advertisement fees that goes to ebay so it would show listings to buyers ~ £0.25
My profit for all work I do to design cards, make orders and run shop ~ £1.00

I also offer 24 tracked delivery option for faster and more reliable delivery than 1st class

If you cannot find design you like you can ask me to make a new one
But please keep in mind that if I am too busy I might not be able to make it or it will take few days.
Also if there is no replay to such a request please forgive me I am not ignoring I just forgot. As my priority are orders that are already placed I leave requests for new designs for later and it can be forgotten easily. In that case just remind me about it.
