The majority of the items I sell have all lead a very useful life before entering the lists of ebay. Hopefully then embarking on a new life in the employment of other ebayers around the world. So, as far as possible, I test all items before I advertise them on ebay, and again before dispatch. I would never knowingly sell a faulty item and describe it as working. When I list items that may be regarded as unused or new that are also still in their retail packaging, I do so with the same faith that they are working as when I procured them. I aim to pick, pack and dispatch all of my sales by the end of the next working day. My working days are Monday to Friday except when there is a Scottish public holiday. If I miss my target to post your item then I will upgrade the postage for free to get your delivery back on track.

I offer free economy postage on all of my items. This will usually be a 3-5 day transit time from dispatch. I also offer expedited and tracked postage services too. If you need something quickly then please choose one of these services at checkout - the default service is the free economy service.

I try my best to make every ebay sale successful for buyer and seller, and try to ensure that the product and the service meet your needs and expectations. I am happy to offer all of my buyers a thirty-day period to test their purchased items and be satisfied that it is what they need.  So if the item arrives and is no longer working, you purchased the wrong item, or even if you just change your mind, then I will gladly authorise a return as long as I am notified within thirty days of purchase. Once the returned item is received I will process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

I love technology and the different ways that all of these gadgets enable and enhance our lives. But I think it is such a shame when I see perfectly good (but maybe old) tech fall out of use, or worse, go to the dump and end up as electronic waste. Especially when some gadget may just need something as simple as a media card, a battery or a gizmo to spring back to life again. So the bulk of the stuff I have for sale are those items that are perhaps not in production any more and are getting more difficult to source. Or they are the surplus bits from various IT and photography projects. Stuff that I really don't want to see end up as land-fill.
