This is a 1986 $10,000 dez Mil Cruzados from the Banco Central De Brasil.

Currency is circulated, ungraded with some folds and light wear. Money is in plastic top load currency protector. This is an obsolete outdated currency that is no longer tendered. 

It was stamped with the 10 Cruzados during this revaluation period.
