Delivery
Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. You will receive your items within 2-3 days of dispatch. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.
Some of our deliveries will need to be signed for. If you don't arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel out.
If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.
We also send items Internationally using a Royal Mail non track able service. Please ask about prices.
We are happy to accept returns within 10 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the returns to take place effectively. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.
We are also happy to exchange the product within 7 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the exchange to take place effectively. A further postage cost will be applicable.
