For sale here is ONE Genuine Vintage Czech Military Surplus Rubberized Shoulder Bag that I modify to be used as Bicycle Pannier when attached to your bicycle rack.
Each bag is custom fit with an internal black ABS stiffening back panel, giving the bag a tough and flexible support structure for mounting purposes. The stiffening panel is attached using low profile Stainless Steel to keep from damaging your valuables inside the bag (like your laptop & iPad).
I hand craft and attach three Fully Adjustable Pannier Mounting Straps (see 3rd pic)
Mounting Straps Specs:
-Will not scratch rack tubing/paint
-Accommodates virtually any size diameter pannier rack tubing
-Easy mounting with quick release buckles
-Super strong and secure mounts like what is used on motorcycles
-Fully adjustable for a custom fit
-Serviceable: mounted with nuts and bolts so they can easily be removed/replaced
-Pannier Mounting Straps are spaced 7.75" apart on center
Each bag comes with a 50" adjustable shoulder strap (see pics)
The rubberized material these bags are made of makes them virtually waterproof
