Design -
Generic -
- If you choose ‘generic’ design you will not be able to customize the artwork for your NCR.
- We offer 3 different basic designs for generic NCR books - Invoice, Order and Delivery.These designs will not be customized with your details or other information.
- Pictures of each design can be found above.
- If you choose ‘custom’ design you will be able to customize the artwork for your NCR without limit.
- Please contact us upon placing your order to discuss your artwork requirements, alternatively we will contact you.
- If you would like to use any of the template designs viewable in the pictures above as the basis for your own order we will happily customize them to suit your purposes, but this is absolutely not compulsory.
- After you place your order we will design your artwork free of charge according to your specifications and send proofs to you. If after receiving your proofs you would like any alterations to the design we will happily make changes until you are 100% satisfied.
- If you would like to use a custom design but want to provide your own artwork please email it to us after placing your order, we can handle (almost) any file format you send our way!
Item Specs -
- All sheets are printed alike in black ink on high quality 80gsm NCR paper - many of our competitors use 60gsm.
- All sheets are printed single sided. Double sided is available if you contact us directly.
- Duplicate is bound with 100 sets in each book/pad with white/yellow sheet order. (Generic books ALWAYS contain 50 sets per book.)
- Triplicate is bound with 50 sets in each book/pad with white/yellow/pink sheet order. (Generic books are currently unavailable in triplicate.)
- All sheets are stitched into books with the bound edge covered by black binding tape.
- A card cover and a heavy greyboard back sheet are added to provide protection and structure.
- Top & middle sheets are perforated while the bottom one remains fixed.
- All sheets are gummed into pads.

- All sheets are glued into individual sets and supplied loose in boxes.
- All of our NCR products can be numbered sequentially in a single place.
- Custom NCR can be numbered from a start number of your choice, this will be arranged at the same time as your artwork.
- Generic NCR can also be numbered, however you will not be able to choose the start number. Numbers used increase over time so you should never receive the same number twice, even in different orders.
- All items to the UK mainland will be dispatched via overnight carrier free of charge.
- Deliveries to the highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take an additional day to arrive, but will not be subject to any additional charges.
- Generic Books will usually be dispatched immediately but may take up to 2 working days.
- Custom work will normally be dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on the artwork/proofing process.
