A good hardcover with the original brown cloth covered boards with an ornate scene to the front and rear panels. Slight scuffing to the boards with some wear to the spine ends and book edge. The binding is square, and slightly shaken with a few cracks in the binding. All edges are in full gilt. The original coated black end papers are present with a tiny bookstore stamp. All internal pages present including the tissue guard. Some overall staining and/or foxing to the internal pages, and with one page with a 1" intact tear outside of the margins. Owner name in pencil along the top of the title page.

A well priced example of this title discounted for its faults.
