so I may install the correct cable connectors.
with DIN or MINI-DIN plug cable ends. as needed,
and including RCA cables if required
when included with the Band Control connector,
for transmit keying and ALC,
for complete linear amplifier control.

These cables are custom built to your Specific Needs.
When I have your transceiver and linear amplifier
information, I will custom design your cable,
email you the design criteria to insure we both agree
that the design will do exactly what you wish,
and then build that specific cable to meet your needs.
The picture shown is for the
Yaesu FT-950, FT-450, FT-DX1200 to Tokyo HY-Power linear.
However, your cable with its needed connectors is
what will be constructed and shipped.
cable combinations requiring
DIN / MINI DIN to DIN / MINI DIN connectors, RJ-45, RCA connectors
and any other cables & plugs can be accommodated).
(I can provide this same design and cable construction of
ALL DIN / MINI-DIN / RJ-45 / RCA plugs to interface
from most any transceiver
to most any linear amplifier as needed.)
This cable is professionally assembled under a high powered stereo viewing system,
using required connectors, molded RCA cables
and multi-wire cable, both about 6 to 7 feet long.
The connectors are assembled with
heat shrink tubing over each soldered pin.
Then a second layer of heat shrink is added over the complete pin assembly
to further isolate the contact pin assembly from the shield.
A third layer of heat shrink tubing is added to create strain relief for the cable.
Now the shell is assembled and two more layers of heat shrink tubing are added to
the shell/cable interface to further create axial, radial and linear strain relief
for the cable, anticipating heavy use for remote or field day operation.
The RCA ends now get labels, one with a "LIN-KEY" label and one with an "ALC" label
to insure ease of connecting to the proper jacks on the linear amplifier.
All labels are protected with clear heat shrink tubing.
The Band-Control connector end is assembled in the same way.
This cable is now industrially rated and protected from heavy use.
All my cables are made this way.
As with all Mini DINs and DINs, they must be aligned and inserted carefully.
Be sure to line it up properly before pushing it fully home.
