You have to pay BEFORE the pickup, and leave the feedback AFTER (preferable on the spot) to confirm receipt of the item.

Return Policy:
You have 14 days after receiving the shipment to file a return ONLY if the item is defective or "not as described". Please contact us BEFORE making a return. Buyer pays the return shipping cost. The item must be in new condition with original packaging and all original materials. Once we approve the condition of the returned item the amount paid will be refunded to your PayPal account.
We will NOT refund the initial shipping cost.
