14kt Yellow Gold Cameo Brooch

14 karat yellow gold cameo brooch. The cameo is hand carved from a conch shell.  The brooch has a hidden bail so it can also be worn on a chain. The brooch weighs 5.5 grams. The brooch is apx. 1 1/8" in height and 1" in width at the widest point.
